Confirmation
Confirmation is a sacramental infusion of the Holy Spirit that leaves a lasting mark on the soul, completing Baptism. In Confirmation, the visible anointing serves as more than a symbol; it is a tangible manifestation of the Holy Spirit, actively sealing the confirmed soul, connecting the sensory experience with the spiritual reality of Pentecost. This sacrament affirms our identity as children of God, unites us more firmly with Christ, increases the gifts of the Holy Spirit, strengthens our bond with the Church, and equips us to fearlessly spread and defend the Faith through words and actions as witnesses to Christ and the power of the Cross (see CCC 1302–1305).
Curriculum
Our two-year Confirmation preparation program, enriched by Ascension’s Chosen and supplemented with additional components such as Theology of the Body & Alteration: The Mystery of the Mass Revealed, is specifically designed to help students navigate the challenges of identity and purpose. This transformative journey not only deepens their faith and connection with Jesus and the Church but also equips them for a lifelong relationship with Christ. Join us on this transformative journey as we help shape dedicated disciples of Christ for the next generation of Catholics.

*Our Archdiocese typically confers Confirmation in 8th grade, and as a part of our preparation, we begin the process in 7th grade through our two-year program. If students are seeking Confirmation beyond these suggested grades, please reach out to us for assistance at our contact information below.
Feel free to reach out with any questions or if we can assist you in any way on your spiritual journey.
